I'd say sometime in 2031 when TLG have the ability to mine and process enough graphite to make 19.5kt of AAM. This will be dependant on when TLG actually gets a mining licence and finance. I have every confidence TLG will get both but the question is when.

Unfortunately Gvan and Rythem34 have been trying unsuccessfully to mislead people on the SYR thread like they have on the TLG thread. They have said the 19.5ktpa AAM plant will be at template by 2026. I've pointed out TLG can't produce 19.5kt AAM without having at least 22kt of graphite.

TLG can't produce 22kt of graphite by 2026. They need a mining licence and finance. They also need to build a 22kt concentrate plant to process the 104kt of dirt TLG are allowed to dig up when they get permission and finance. Not to mention the 19.5kt AAM plant won't be built until 2026 and it needs to be ramped up like the mine. It takes years. You just don't build these things and press a button and they're at full production.

Anyone who believes you can knows nothing about mining and is gullible.
