Finance to be signed off after the appeals process completes - So no, it isn't funded yet
Not only is the mine hanging over the appeals process, so is the AAM plant. Jesus.
The longer the appeal process goes for, the long it will take TLG to get the funding to build the AAM plant. It will takes months after the appeal is resolved. The amount of paper work is a nightmare and TLG only have $31m. I hope they have ordered the long lead time equipment.
Timelines are tight but it might work without delays.
