@tt2000 Nobody is saying the Sami situation hasn't impaced the shareprice. The point is there's a myriad of other reasons sector wide that have also impacted the shareprice.
Even with Sani appals behind us, offtakes in the bag, financing, and construction milestones on time and on budget... $2.50 SP before Talga is in production is optimistic. In this current market, IMO.
The market isn't what it once was. I think the SP can get there eventually but the resolution of the Sami appeals isn't some magic ticket to dreamy SP prices. I'm almost certain the market has a successful resolution already priced in. Just like the market had priced in the original approval and every succeful appeal since.
