I come across that situation pretty regularly. You see someone who appears to be having an argument with the wind, and then you realise they're just engaging with some pillock you've already ignored!
There should be a counter that sit's under people's profiles that shows how many other users have them on ignore.
It'd be a good reality check for some, plus a red flag for others to see.
