Why is there a bear market? You can't just say IPOs fall in bear markets and that is your explanation. The EU, powerless militarily and powerless morally and diplomatically, have tried to force third party countries around the world to enforce their EU sanctions and their EU oil price caps. US and EU sanctions and asset seizures have divided the world into two separate trading blocs, and caused vast flight of capital out of the Eurozone.
