You are misguided.
It is not the Sami fault. They play an absolutely vital part in protecting the environment and they assist in ensuring "green mining".
Without the Sami protesting mining in Sweden would have a much, much larger impact on the environment.
The fault is the court system. As far as I can tell TLG is doing everything right to be as clean and friendly to the environment as possible (the Sami helps make this happen), the problem is the inefficiency of the court system in taking so, so long.
