Given that only 1-2% of appeals to the supreme court are successful I think it's reasonable to assume that a positive outcome for Talga is priced in already (talk from others of 50/50 decisions and corresponding expected value immediately doubling the share price was nonsense)
The unknown is the backlog of newsflow you identified and that we've been told has been held up and will (hopefully!) follow the SC decision:
Offtakes, financing, equity investment from OEM/battery co, expansion plans etc. I wouldn't be surprised to see some silicon news join the party too.
So I don't expect the permit news itself to cause a rocket but it might be the catalyst to start a bit of speculation on what is to come when the floodgates open? I've kept a bit in reserve to take advantage when this comes.
