I agree.
IMO, MT has been more than patient, and has been very careful until now not to upset the apple cart.
In my eyes, MT now realises that there is no chance of failure, and has decided to speed up the process with the use of Government support.
He has my support 100%, and has played this project timing to perfection (within his control,) never giving way to cheap deals or early offers that would be costly at a later stage.
We are on the cusp of history being made here, with new legislation taking the forefront throughout Europe, and there is no municipal court that can stand in the way.
Whilst we have all been frustrated at times, it sometimes helps to look at what has already been achieved and refresh a few old pages
