Did you actually read the document? I did. I'd like to see the part where it talks about reducing the influence of mining companies? A couple of blurry screenshots of the poetic introduction is not it.
They are leaning in to the history of mining in Kiruna as a unique selling point. Moving the town because the Kiruna iron ore mine is the story.
The contents of the submission talk up the strengths of having the mining industry on its doorstep:
Why do people from all over the world work there I wonder? What is the large private sector supporting the cultural events I wonder?
