That's exactly the point - why is there a backlog of nearly a year when the SC themselves had an indicative time of ~ 4 months when the application went in last September (i.e. when it was at the bottom of the pile) ? From exactly a year ago when this appeals crap started, we've seen the SP lose around 70% of its value. Probably its partly due to the deteriorating graphite market, but now TLG is raising at 38c to keep the lights on, which is rubbish. I supported their last CR at $1, but that now seems a distant memory. TLG just need to start shaking a few cages, for heaven's sake.
