We don't know how many cases there are infront and nor does the court know in advance how long it will take each case to be reviewed. It is a lottery but I guess MT was going on the basis as it stated on SC website that most cases are reviewed within one to four months. Obviously that is a load of bollocks.
You would think that the lawyers would have a bit more inside track on the system, but obviously not. Also it has been summer holidays so it probably operates at 50% at best for last 6 weeks. Don't forget MT has a shit load of stock, he'll be hurting as well.
If the Sami and cohorts lose the appeal, maybe we can sue for last earnings and production, that's what Trump would do! not that I am a fan!
