If mine is approved, I think this is heading above the share price in April 2023 when the Environmental Permit was approved (north of $1.80), as this is further de-risked, albeit slightly more diluted.
I can't opine on the likelihood, as there is nothing to go by.
I can only imply the likelihood based on what the market is telling me
If approved and sp is $1.80
If rejected and sp is $0
To me, at $0.40, the market is implying 22% chance of it being upheld
I don't trust Sweden and their wokism. I sense they are treating this the way the Heritage Act was intended to work, but luckily repealed
