If mine is approved, I think this is heading above the share price in April 2023 when the Environmental Permit was approved (north of $1.80), as this is further de-risked, albeit slightly more diluted.

If rejected and sp is $0

To me, at $0.40, the market is implying 22% chance of it being upheld
