Wrong. Granting of the appeals means the case goes back down to the court of appeal. It would cause a further delay, but isn't an outright rejection of the permit. Talga's plant site is fully permitted and construction ready. That alone puts Talga years ahead of the majority of competitors within Europe, which currently produces no anode outside of Talga's pilot plant. In the absolute worst case scenario, the company would still be successful through its technology.
