If you look at other mining cases where appeal got upheld by the SC, all they had to do was go back and do their environmental monitoring better, then resubmit through usual channels. Just a big delay of a year. What Talga has is something others would want, so a few may leave, but for a mineral mining company waiting another year ain't long, but in human years it is.
