OK - i didnt pick up that there are other cases that are not published.
The process is definitely a black hole where you don't know where you are in the queue or when you will get your day in court.
Good to hear from Mark yesterday in investor briefing that they are doing and have done everything possible to help the process along. Hopefully we get an outcome sooner rather than later and the "Dam Bursts" with the other news behind scenes on financing, offtakes etc etc.
