You say TLG need to respect the legal processes, but this legal procedure whereby we sit in a queue behind minor domestic disputes etc. coupled with no facility or apparent willingness by the courts to introduce steps to prioritise cases, means the appeals process just isn't working. It denies justice because it is not delivered in a timely manner. It needs to be changed. I think its utterly reasonable that TLG should be having discussions with government and ministers to raise these issues. Nobody wants to play bully, but the appeals process needs to be open and transparent, and above all fair to all parties.
