d, agree 100% with everything u stated. That said, it all has to be done with a high level of diplomacy, and respect. Mark is far from stupid. He'll be pushing every button he can, WITHIN THE RULES. Respect is key here. We're an ozzie co, operating in a Swedish domicile. No doubt the world is changing apace, but a sledgehammer approach helps no-one. I think Mark is a gun. Smart, and diplomatic.
