Woke considerations have been dealt with by the SC and Talga has passed with flying colors. The current appeal is only to ensure no errors of law were made. Its got nothing to do with Talga's case.
Its been said ad nauseum that less than 2% of these appeals succeed.
Its just a matter of waiting.
Talga's only worry is whether the raise will be fully subscribed.
