It has been -40 degrees in the Nordic region ( a cold snap even for their standards). I'd be surprised if the courts were opened or functioning at 100% capacity. Saying that there is said to be only 1 justice reviewing the leave to appeal application, which could surely be done remotely.
We have no option but to wait.
Does anyone have any info on the Aero scout drilling program and when it is likely to commence?
