If I remember correctly, Mark also mentioned something about the dam wall breaking as and when the SC decision is behind us. I wonder what he meant by this remark ? It implies TLG do have some positive announcements to make which can only come into play after the legals are done. I'm assuming he didn't mean "the damn wall breaking" as just picturing the courts as a "wall" to our progress towards building a mine/factory.
