Well, one thing is for sure, it is definitely not just a case of waiting in line.
A couple were charged last month with assault against their daughter, and they appealed the decision.
The supreme court has already rejected their appeal within 1 month, and the conviction stands.
So, as far as waiting in line or in the tray to come to the top, this obviously is NOT how the system is working.
So I really don't have a clue what is happening!
