It's all conjecture, i am not sure what the format is but I am sure Talga's lawyers know and will be working with the system and in accordance with the rules. We all have a vested interest and we are frustrated, comnents have been made, stupid ones, including mine early in the matter, but I am sure they are doing all they can within the limitations of a foreign jurisdiction, it may be inluenced by the EU courts as new Critical minerals legislation becomes effective, but I am not resting on that.
