Thank you for posting this excellent YouTube analysis.
I have used up my 'great analysis'units for the day, but if anyones looking for a smoking gun for who might benefit from the current crunch in EV battery materials ex China you need look no further. The capitalisation of TLG has dropped some $ 200 million in the last six months despite several very positive milestones, in fact the drop occurs on those positive announcements. I would argue that even a loss of $ 10 million per month by the shorters acting on behalf of hidden interests is a bargain in the context of what I have just highlighted.
It is clear to me that the EU Commission is in absolute panic mode on how to deal with this, but act it will.
This is my own perspective on what is happening, so please do your own research and draw your own conclusions.
