From my understanding, TLG's products are customised according to each car and battery maker's specific requirements. The products are passed on to the manufacturer and to undergo extended testing, and can be further dialed in to their exact needs in consultation with TLG according to the results of those tests. So yes, I believe if an manufacturer has a car/product that needs to perform in the cold, they can make it so.
I also believe I've heard MT make specific mention of the cold weather/battery issue during a webinar in the past, but someone with a better memory than minemay be able to enlighten us?
