2030 ............. At least not in 3rd world countries like Australia where (not far) outside Capital cities the infrastructure is somewhat lagging ..... or derelict ........ or non - existent . As an example it takes me 4.5 hours to travel 300km (186 miles) by train . East coast main line no less !
I can however see it happening with first movers being Western Europe / East Asia .
