MT will only dig up this incredible mineral resource when he believes it is at the right price for investors (including himself) the longer Talga waits to sign a offtake the higher the price the offtake will be. Now of course Talga needs funding and a offtake will help secure that, so i assume the offtake will be done when Talga needs to secure their funds.
You can post 100 times a day stating the same stuff over and over, it isnt going to change the decision making of Talga to do what is in best interest of their shareholders.
