You cannot help but feel the Sami might be on the losing side of the court cases but they are winning the war.
They are decimating the company. I do realise the company is what it is, but they are certainly decimating value and without doubt in the current circumstance (without there being a change) making any raise of capital (and we should not need this for a while) impossible.
