I would imagine finalisation of the following:
Further binding offtake agreements for the 19500 tonnes of yearly Talnode C production.
Strategic or Cornerstone investor to allow finalization of Project finance without further share dilution as per MT’s stated aim.
Final optimization of mining and Lulea production plant costings to allow FID decision.
Further grants/ CRMA/ Strategic Project Funding may still be in play to optimize the final project finance model as well.
Hopefully all in place by years end.
