If glenno was monitoring this thread. He should open a new market targeting traditional owners. There is currently a 3% minimum of totatl federal government funded projects that must go to an indigenous owned company. Maybe if the board was 51% indigenous owned they could leverage this market opp? Get tier ones and gov agencies to essentially " donate" the platform to schools?
I might send him an email and get his take on it. Im all over the APIC and IPP policies and how to implement them and plugged into TO groups nation wide.
