My view, as moneyinmouth said, the video was originally set to private and distributed to targeted schools and consumers. TALi would have a created a sales funnel of prospective customers. Its a great technique to qualify your sales leads and not spend to much time chasing tyre kickers.

The date and time on the video is when TALi changed the video from private to public in order to facilitate upcoming events such as the edugrowth event etc.
