I've witnessed this trading behaviour previously on another tech stock and it only ended in pain and huge loss. That stock went from over 10 cents to less than 1 cent in under 12 months. That particular stock was renowned for insider trading, dodgy directors and ultimately a failed tech. I am still hopeful TD1 is not a dud, but the constant sell down and manipulation does not convince me that I haven't been duped yet again.
