We just need it to trickle down to the small end. Cash levels recently hit $3.2 trillion, the highest level since 2009 so, there's plenty of money on the side to crank stocks higher.
Trumps admin won't let a crappy year happen with his re-election looming, they'll do what they can to wind it up no matter the waste they leave behind.
I'm pretty confident the small/mid caps will get a magic run.
