Why would I? Please don't believe everything you read on the Net, particularly on obscure subjects where propaganda is apt to leave out the real truth for propaganda's sake. If you made your assertion that the Taliban have only existed since 1994 to an educated Pashtun, or Pashtun scholar - they would have a jolly good laugh.
