No but good work on noticing that haha!

There's a few things that amuse me about these guys though...

They seem to think it is acceptable to try to affect the share price of a company. Alas, the Financial Markets Conduct Act 2013 (NZ) makes it unlawful and an offence to, say, spread false rumours or embark on a mission solely to reduce the shareprice of a company for personal gain. This seem particularly true when they don't actually have any rational, tangible reason to protest against a mine that District Council, Regional Council and High Court results have consistently gone against them.

What do they want, someone to buy up their land at a premium or something? It just gets more and more absurd every time they come back with another whacky, irrational idea.

As a true-blue NZ shareholder in this company I am tired of them spreading lies and unfounded information about NTL with the purpose of affecting the share price. Time to start investigating them I reckon

First of all, you can check the details of the Incorporated Society here because it is a matter of public record. They get the taxation and liability protection of using a society so the trade off is being publicly identifiable: https://www.societies.govt.nz/cms/online-services/register-search/banner_template/CNAME

Second, the financial and audit statements are quite amusing. Who stole their camera?

Third, it's registered address is 240 Rahu Road, I wonder what is there? Wonder no further, it's a local business called Bullswool Farm Park: http://www.bullswoolfarm.co.nz/

Interesting, is it perhaps that the owners of Bullswool Farm Park think their business is more legitimate than NTL's. Well hey, I might think that locking animals in a paddock and forcing them to deal with loud children is animal abuse.

Do you see me making silly pages to protest against it? No. Because we have laws in our land that Bullswool Farm Park will have followed to set up their business, so if I had any problem with them at all I would use lawful means.

I just hope the run-off from the farm doesn't make its way to the river - I wonder if they ever got a geotechnical or aquatic engineering report before the HDC gave them consent... Or is farming a permitted activity under the district plan or did they get consent just like NTL's project?
