I do not believe fair value is anywhere south of .60c per share.
The difficulty with the TH is, of course the speculation and not knowing.
The sooner Tuesday comes around the better in my view.
I have a feeling that the convertible note holders are tied up in this deal somehow. I have no proof of this of course but I guess we all find out in several days.
