great find - good read sounds like subject to funding two wells are envisaged one this winter feb 21 and one next winter feb 22 (as noted on the last few pages of the doc).
Not that OEL mention much about Alaska but a find could be worth many cents a share for the modest initial cost of ~2.6m per well off memory ...
