1. why the need to liquidate, they have cash to burn, and if they did liquidate the shares would be replaced by more cash, so how does this effect the SP.
2. Lightning and GC21 development are high POS, both within 12 months.
3. Correct, but current liquidity suggests they have achieved.
4. At least theyre not committed to a program that isn't delivering (won't mention who I'm referring to there)
5. major shareholder wants the same as all other long term holders.
6. management wont manipulate to hold their jobs because of 5.
