Yep, most important is what they use it for - but when the PANR shares hadn't traded at the level that they were sold for since the start of October, you've got to ask why they disposed of them in the manner that they did. It's not like there wasn't sufficient volume - the holding could have easily been palmed off in a week of trading. No issues with them selling them at all - the issue is around the fire sale approach when there does not appear to be a pressing reason.
