Stumpy my view is they are not hanging their hat on the result (OEL is a profitable oil and gas producer), which is quite separate from PANR who are a one horse blue sky Alaska drilling opportunity.
Alaska is still is a roll of the dice albeit the potential resource size is huge and should be a great near term catalyst - assuming OEL are participating ..... Assuming its a billion barrel drilling opportunity a few punters might want to get in on the action but as you note it hasnt been widely publicised
