I think the deal was based on return to shareholders ........ asset sales revenue + cash at hand - debt after everything is would up or sold as a unit. Bonus kicks in at $65M without going back to look, so that's 1.35c starting point based on 48m shares. serious bonus kicks in at 2c but that'll take some good luck from here.
