It's either incompetence or manipulation - a binary situation. I'd hope that it's incompetence, but that's bad in itself. I just called investor relations, who is now in a scheduled call with the board. We'll see what comes of that. A mid-day announcement or halt is a bad look, but if we don't get it today some huge questions have to be asked.
