penny dreadful stocks don't get speeding tickets for 30% rises especially when on average volume - not that OEL is a penny dreadful but it is presently priced in that category. Something has clicked into gear here now and I'm expecting OEL to start moving higher from here with better conviction - yet I'm definitely not popping the champagne corks because we had a 30% rise - this was trading at 6.6c only about 2 years ago with most expecting it to head higher - yet it didn't - it plummeted to 0.3 of a cent !! Yet that's old news. Let's see how price performs around 1.7c which is now technical resistance - I'm now expecting it to get to 1.7c pretty quickly yet if it can blast through here via a move that sticks, then I'll start getting excited - as it will mean upside momentum is back on our side. And high volume momentum is what we need - not slow grinding price action on low volume. E
