Surely we will have to get an Announcement from OEL today.
Will there be some Devil in the Detail that we don't know yet ?
The Share Price definitely had some expectations built into it for participation in the drill in spite of OEL's public lack of enthusiasm .

How will the Market react to this conservative risk adverse transaction ?
I am hoping for a pleasant surprise

PANR has stated that their business plan is to discover and then sell in Alaska .
OEL may not have to sell any of their holding in PANR on market if a Goldilock's Discovery and consequent sale was to occur.
2% is not really a strategically sized holding but still might be picked up in the unlikely event of a competitive takeover of PANR.
I very much doubt that would be likely to occur though .
In this Market much more likely that any PANR sale would be after they had knocked on a lot of doors.
They do seem excellent salesmen.
