oh another example would have to be a Chinese national by name of 'shi zhengrong' who came to Aus from China to study solar panels. he was funded by Aus taxpayers because we were ahead of the world in our solar research back in the 1990s.
'shi' stole much of the research and went back to china to become a billionaire manufacturer of solar panels [although he later lost everything including his business in mid 2000s].
...while australia's own solar industry declined into nothingness.
