I would suggest to not just compare efficiency, but to also consider effectiveness. Far less side affects with Spontan. Plus, you will see comments from actual users around ease of use such of Spontan compared to tablet form, with the tablet requiring to be taken with food, what impact alcohol has on tablet form etc. Spontan goes straight to the blood stream, doesn't go via the stomach or liver. Just my opinion.
