My take is its not one size fits all and not everyone will respond the same to different products. User tertimonials give their insights which i draw to make this conclusion.
As for the price, some feedback is that it is pricey, so genuine concern. Though a small price to pay if it is effective for the user. I figure the pricing strategy is that premium product with a point of difference (i.e. allow spontaneous sx rather then take a tablet and wait it out).. this is one thing which initially drew me to the product, funny stories of mates being let down by this with the tablets.
another point is that good results are being achieved with a lower active ingredient dosage.. being the case, your analysis of mg for $ isn't apples with apples.
so based on the above i can see a case in use and good feedback from studies and real life testimonials. Though a big TAM , my base case is it could take a small modest slice of the pie and still do well.
