oroflow doesn't feel like a big diversification or surprise to me, same partners, the chows making the formula (i wonder how similar it is?), probably similar terms on the agreement as for spontan, if it works then ltr pharma should be able to work with existing manufacturing partners such as aptar, I suspect this was already in the works for a while but held back to provide good news in the event they got bad news at their initial fda meeting, and i think some of the previous raise may have allowed for some initial spending on oroflow, but maybe i am being too cynical, such drama about capital raises on HC, i reckon its good to keep raising the money if you can and start advertising hard when and where you're allowed to, i also found this annoying to read back with it's poor punctuation
