What I do see is massive plans for Wind power both in Australia and more importantly in India. See links. Far more than I would have dreamed of. Even if they achieve 1/4 of that I suspect the projections of Light REE supply requirements are wrong to the low side. We see what's happened with Li, which is holding up better than I would have thought as bubble-like. It's technically much harder to bring REE's as individual elements on stream.
