While in hindsight, or from the sidelines everything seems easy, and we can all offer our opinion as to how things should be run. life in fact does not go that way, regardless of experience and skill... should everything have been reported as run absolutely perfect I would suspect foul play, theres no such thing.... issues have come up and are being addressed... that's the best you can hope for.
